Sturdy and built well but don’t fit on colourbond fence

Doesn’t fit on colourbond fence, so wasn’t as expected, as it claimed it fit on fences, and it is rigid so can’t be adapted

Almost a great design

Was looking forward to this easy solution for the gutters and mounting the solar panels
But I found the screws were not long enough to fit though the solar panel base base plate into the gutter mount , more to the point the head of the screw is to large to recess into the solar panel plate

We’d like to help by initiating a warranty replacement and also provide some important clarification. The Outdoor Gutter Mount you currently have may not be compatible with the SWIFI-SOLAR5 panel. For proper installation, the Outdoor Gutter Mount V2 (Model: SWACC-GUTTERMTV2-GL) is required, as it's specifically designed for that panel.
We’ll be sending you an email shortly to start the warranty request. Please review and confirm your details in the email so our Warranty Team can proceed with the replacement.
