Instructions are Terrible

The assembly of this chair is not a pleasant experience. The diagrams in the instructions do not clearly show where to attach the back of the chair. We had to watch videos online to try to figure it out. The company needs to show more diagrams and more close up shots.
There are no instructions on how to operate the chair regarding reclining positions and the massage settings.
I would have given the chair a higher rating for comfort but putting it together overshadowed our enthusiasm.
No, I would not recommend this to a friend.
