The mixer blade chipped after being used only 3 times. The plastic bowl rim with the insert to allow things to be poured (flour, liquids etc) is positioned to be only right-handed. I am left-handed and could not turn the device to allow me to use my left hand to pour

Wonderful mixer! I have baked more since it came than I have in years! I grew up with my mom’s Kitchen Aid but I like the Cuisinart mixer much better. It is lighter, has a better warranty and I just like it better. I’m going to buy one for my mom!
