I think I already reviewed this, but 7 months later I can do it again. I love this mixer, both for its cute shiny red self sitting on the counter adding to my slightly vintage decor, to the awesome way it works. I’d had a stand mixer and gave it away. I only got this one because of a gluten sensitivity diagnosis. I’m glad I did. Today, I just finished mixing a batch of yeast rolls for Easter. Yes, I still bake with wheat flour for the family. I’m about to whip up a gluten free cake. And that’s my life. I use my mixer several days a week. It performs beautifully.

This machine is amazing. Im a new bread baker and was skeptical after reading reviews where people complained that the mixer didn’t get the stuff on the sides of the bowl mixed in. Those people didn’t give it enough time to mix. Trust me, this machine mixes it all in. Maybe those people were paid by overpriced Kitchenaid to leave negative reviews.

Bought for wife who bakes every weekend. The paddles/ whisk do not reach the bottom of the bowl has to scrap bottom of bowl to incorporate remaing dry ingredients

So much to like. This is a powerful, quiet, and affordable mixer. I really like it and I am pleased with my purchase. The only design drawbacks is the inability to scrap down thing inside the bowl, while it it working.

Disappointed. The attachments did not reach low enough to mix all ingredients, the screw to adjust and lower would not turn no matter how hard I tried, therefore I had to use a folded paper towel to raise the bowl.
Ridiculous that customers have to improvise since Cuisinart has no quality control to be sure all attachments sold with the mixer are at the correct height to mix properly. Very Disappointed may return mixer to store.
