Although this isn't the larger Cuisinart Artisan that I really, really want (and am saving to buy on my birthday), I love it. It was an emergency, home-use purchase when old one died in midst of a large cookie order. Easy to operate and switch/remove included attachments, which were able to handle all batter consistencies. Quality product as expected.

While I love my new mixer very much, I do wish it had a better ability to reach the bottom and sides of the bowl more easily when mixing smaller quantities. I am stopping and scraping a lot. On the plus side, it’s quiet and the many speeds make it easy to adjust for anything I’m making.

Powerful heavy duty motor, kneads dough on number 4 and if needed can go to 5 but don't need it. Construction is of good quality and love the locking mechanism. Had a kitchen aid and the motor would strain. Well worth the money just like my other cuisinart appliances for the kitchen.

I ordered the stand mixer for mixing bread dough. Unfortunately, the head as well as the whole body of the machine wobbles when you increase the speed from 4 onwards. I am very disappointed ☹️
