This Cuisinart mixes my large batches well and has so many speeds I can get just the right amount of power I need for each job. The attachments reach the sides and bottom of the bowl, so there is almost zero need to stop and scrape. It is not too heavy and the attachments are easy to put on and take off. I can't wait to get attachments for this!

purchased this mixer for cookie making. Love the way it mixes the dough so nicely. Adding flour is so easy with the cover on the bowl. No more flour flying out. I also enjoy the dial power setting, so easy compared to the other name brand mixer
