I previously had a more elegant phone case, but loved the colors so decided to give it a try. It is nicer than expected. Has a good grip and is not as clunky as it looks. It was a challenge to pull apart. I was afraid I would break it, but it gets easier the second or third time. I am very happy with it.

Great protection for my phone. The case and charger plug are great. My phone fell into my hot tub and was submerged for about 8 minutes. Once removed from the water I dried the outer case off. Then I removed the outer case and the hard case. I was surprised to no see any water inside the hard case or on my phone. And the charger plug blocked any water from getting in the plug. I like the outer case with the gripping rubber. I have always used the defender and it has never disappointed me.
