[This review was collected as part of a promotion.] The noise level ya can’t even notice. The installation was a little tricky in my window, but not that big of a deal. The energy efficiency I haven’t ran it enough to tell you honestly because the weather has been very mild and I only have a certain amount of time to review, but I am sure from the reviews. It’s not that much.

[This review was collected as part of a promotion.] So far we love this little ac unit. I will say it took us a minute to install but overall instructions were very clear. The only issues we had were from our design of window not the actual unit. It cools our room super fast and the noise level is pretty low. I don’t mind the noise because I have to have white noise to sleep. I am not sure about the heat part of unit as it is summer where I live but look forward to using that feature soon. So far I say it’s a great product and definitely recommend it.

Cooks nicely in this heat wave

[This review was collected as part of a promotion.] This is an excellent window unit with a sleek and modern design , the install was very easy and is energy efficient. It has no issues keeping up to 600 sf reasonably cool . The noise is not an issue while some may like the noise of a fan but it’s not loud . Very happy with this unit .

[This review was collected as part of a promotion.] This product requires two advanced skilled people to not only drill holes into the window frame, but to hold it up from both the inside and outside of your window to install it properly. You must use a drill. You must be able to lift and hold it in place during the installation. Skill level: 3 out of 5. It comes with a remote control which is plus. The majority of the unit sits outside so be careful.
Design is simple and nice and you can’t notice any noise like other brands.
According to Canada energy guid, Combined Energy Efficiency Ratio (CEER) is 10.9, which is not that good number but not too bad. This is for
anyone looking for powerful nice design AC unit.
