I have held off and only purchased Lego Modular buildings that fit into my family interests. This one fit the bill perfectly as my wife, son and I have interests that spanned this set. It also bookends my sets (Assembly Square, bookshop, and Cinema and natural museum) wonderfully.

The overall build experience is probably one of the best out of all the modular building. The use of new parts and recolored parts from the various themes made for an interesting building. From the first floor to the third floor there are new building techniques used through out. Overall a fun build :) As you can see in the pictures it blends in well in a modular building city scape.

This was my first modular set, and I am absolutely in love with it! The details of the haberdashery, and the clock repair shop are so much fun! The cat tree and little bug aquariums made me smile.I would recommend this set to anyone who loves the small details.
