This is probably the best modular in years. The building techniques are really fun and interesting. Nothing gets too repetitive and overall it's just really fun to watch the the building take shape as you add details inside and out.
I especially liked the second floor clockmaker office. You end up making roughly a dozen different clocks throughout the build and each one is different and fun to make.

Level of detail is excellent inside and out. Very detailed and appointed inside all three floors. The exterior exhibits beautiful architectural design. And the usual fun hidden details only the builder sees.
