My least favorite I’ve ever built

I jumped onto the Lego train in June and have built 30+ sets in the last few months. This is by far my least favorite which is a shame because it’s expensive. As others have mentioned, once the picture part on the front is completed then the back base part starts falling apart/out of place. When I try to rebuild the back to make it sturdy then front pieces of the art pop off. Terrible design. I’ve done 3 other Lego art pieces and haven’t had this issue. I was on the fence getting it anyway because it wasn’t my favorite look wise in pictures. I think it looks better in person but since it’s falling apart I won’t be able to hang it. I regret getting this one and definitely don’t recommend it - spend your money on another set.
No, I would not recommend this to a friend.

Favorite To Look At Everyday

I've always thought sunflowers were pretty, and now I get to have them on full display everyday! This set was so fun to build, very easy and straight forward. The entire piece is well put together with several connecting joints that feel secure. I was nervous about hanging it, however it is solid and looks absolutely stunning on my wall! Highly recommend if you enjoy both nature and art.

My own masterpiece

After returning from a trip to Paris, i have seen my fair share of art masterpieces. I wanted to bring a reminder of the trip to my home. I chose the Sunflowers by Vincent VanGogh as it is an iconic art theme Lego, been to the VG museum in Amsterdam , and it fits my budget. It will hang nicely with my collections of museum Lego art decor.

I love how this set turned out! Compared to the Starry Night, this one was definitely a tad easier to read the instructions and find brick placement. It captures both works of Van Gogh and Lego into one masterpiece. Can't recommend itenough!

Overall a fun build. It starts out easy and a bit repetitive, but when you get to the details of the flowers it gets more challenging! It looks good on my wall!!
