Awesome smoker. I went from the conventional barrel style smoker which meant I had to monitor the charcoal the whole time and I was pretty much stuck there the entire time. The Woodridge elite smoker is amazing, light years ahead of what I am use to. I smoked three whole chickens and a tenderloin and it came out great. My only issue is the size of the searing element. It is smaller than expected, so if you are using a cast iron pan, the heat will be concentrated to the center portion of the pan. This is an issue when searing something large like a tenderloin. But overall, very impressed with the Woodridge elite. Even the instructions and setup of the packaging was impressive.

Elite up on the ridge.

I bought the Woodridge Elite in October and have used it quite a bit. It makes KILLER pulled pork and the best thick cut pork chops I've ever eaten.
Im not an avid cook, but I'm the star of the show when I fire up the Elite. The wifire is great, I just wish it could do stand alone Bluetooth for when I want to take it camping or tailgating.
I can use it twice only cleaning the grates between cooks, then pull the drip pan and clean everything out and replace the foil and the catch bucket. Takes me 15 minutes to thoroughly clean the machine, I'm impressed.

I am in absolute love with this grill, most definitely a big step up from my 22 Pro. It is so quiet compared to the 22, the reliability of temperature control over long smokes is amazing. I did my first brisket on it, and it though me off guard when I walk outside to check out it to make sure the grill was still going (which is what I've had to do with my 22 Pro) and the grill was so quiet, due to it cycling off/ on, it caught me off guard and I thought something was wrong. This is the first time in some time I have had a Traeger that did not go down on low temperature burn out or RTD/ controller not synchronizing up during a long smoke. Would 100% buy again!!!!
