Caught on fire , says not to unplug till the shut down took 30 mins to shut down.. so I tried to move it away from my house wheels fell off !! Why are they not locked in ?? Why’s the post so short ! I now have a horrible burned hand and no flour or baking soda in my house ,, scared me to ever use it again . Pork ends burned what a mess and sad day
No, I would not recommend this to a friend.

The shutdown process is designed to protect the internal components and also help prevent potential fire risks during future cooks, as it allows any remaining pellets in the firepot to fully burn off. This avoids unburned pellets sitting in the firepot, which could ignite unexpectedly during the next start-up. The wheels, when properly installed, should remain secure even when moving the grill. Great, But Takes A Long Time To Heat Up

I’ve had the new Woodridge Pro for about a month now. It’s truly an awesome smoker HOWEVER, it takes SO long to heat up. I’m talking almost 40 minutes to reach 350. My previous pro 575 would only take about 10 min to heat up to that temp. I thought there might be something wrong but I messaged support and they said that’s normal, it can take up to 45 minutes. Still a great smoker, but not as easy to just kick it on when you wanna make some burgers real quick for lunch.
I would recommend this to a friend!

Thanks for sharing your feedback. The Woodridge Pro is designed with a larger cooking chamber and advanced features that can affect warm-up time compared to smaller models like the Pro 575. Factors such as pellet quality, grill placement, outside temperature, and how often the lid is opened can all play a role. Not a grill

Bought this “Grill” to replace my old pellet grill that actually grilled. Was the worst decision I have ever made. Doesn’t grill its an over sized oven.
No, I would not recommend this to a friend.

Loving it! Had a 10 yr old Pro 34, this is a Cadillac compared to that. Love the super Smoke

This Grill Has It All

I was one of the lucky ones who got to test this grill out before it launched and I have to say it blew me away! First off, the grilling space inside is huge! The top shelf is really big so I can actually fit a ton of food up on that top shelf. I love the Super Smoke option, it’s a game changer for longer, low temp cooks. The digital dial is so easy to use and controls are super simple. Also the hopper where the pellets go can hold an entire bag of Traeger Pellets! I absolutely love this grill!!! Big props to the people over at Traeger, this thing is amazing!

Traegers step by step unboxing instructions using BBQ theme symbols sets yourself up for a smooth build whether you’re using the assembly guide or animated instructions. If I can do it, you can do it! Well done Traeger!
