We are having so much fun with this grill. It's so nice to be able to cook at low temperatures and have warm smoky flavors. We are looking forward to good eating and being able to entertain.

[This review was collected as part of a promotion.] The grill was easy to put together it took a little longer than the 60-90 minute assembly time. It is very well built and as of now haven't had any issues with it and it. I believe it is worth the money spent.

i bought this grill several months ago as a promotion through work and couldn`t be happier, the large capacity hopper holds plenty of pellets and the control panel makes quick adjustments a breeze! I've used it for many family dinners and even for thanksgiving dinner! This model is truly versatile!

Owning a new Woodridge Pro and a Weber Genesis

I purchased a Traeger Woodridge Pro about 3 months ago and its my first Smoker/Pellet Grill. I have been using a Weber Genesis for years and usually only cook for my wife and I but maybe 4 times per year I will cook for a family of 4 in addition to us. Capacity wasn't an issue, Construction is mostly good however I do wish the bottom plate that connects all 4 legs didn't seem like it would end up being the first part to begin to rust away because so much water collects on it anytime it rains. I purchased a Traeger Woodridge Pro OEM cover for it and while it is high quality I definitely concerned about the water collecting on the flat spots where the shelf and pellet bin are. As for Cooking, the wifi is great, I definitley love that and it cooked the best chicken I've had. It's ignition process was a little less intuitive than I had hoped but after I read the owners manual I was able to get the hang of it. As for Temperature.... It takes a while to get up to temperature especially when its raining/windy but holds it well until you open it for 20 seconds or more, then it takes a while to get back up again so its' a vicious cycle unless you set it and forget it to let the app and meat probes handle it all. I like not accidentally burning the meat like I had done on my Weber a few times but the chicken sometimes had a tough rubbery skin when I smoked it for too long or when the grill lid was open too long and the grill went all the way down to 95 degrees and took 20 minutes to get back up to temperature. Overall I'm happy with the purchase but I'll hang on to my Weber grill also so I can cook stuff hot and quick every now and again.
