I am not technically proficient when dealing with computers, so my perspective is based on general daily use. My other desktop, from another manufacturer, was performing extremelyh slow over the past couple of years. I tried everything to mitigate matters, but it became obvious that the computer itself was the problem. I wanted a machine that was fast, with simple functionality and attractive...a 4k bigger screen was also on my search criteria. I always think of HP first when I think of computers, so I looked to them to start. Low and behold I stumbled upon this unit immediately. I reviewed it from a few sources, which seemed positive and took the plunge. I have zero regrets! This computer does everyhting I need it to. It is indeed simple, fast and the screen looks great! The design and build quality also surpassed my expectation. I can't fault it in any regard. I do reccommend it highly!

this is a very nice computer. quiet and very snappy. I am waiting to see how it improves as Microsoft adds Intel chips to copilot pc. a little too much unwanted software, but over all a very satisfactory machine

Post to screen connection is very difficult, several tries/days to get it right, there is no click to tell you they have seated properly. So usb C in post do not function if screen not fully seated. Boot up, seems slow, as well as facial recocnition, lighting needs to be just right. Plus side it is very lite, easy to move compared to the old one with the big speaker on the bottom.
