A Comfortable and Precise Ergonomic Trackball: Worth the Adjustment Period

The ergonomics are impressive; the trackball design significantly reduces strain on my wrist, which is perfect for long work sessions. However, it did take some time to get used to a stationary mouse. At first, it felt a bit bulky, but once I adapted, it became much more comfortable.
In terms of precision, the M575S offers excellent control. The trackball is smooth, and the cursor movement is accurate, which is crucial for detailed work. The connectivity is also a strong point—whether I'm using Bluetooth or the included USB receiver, the connection is stable and quick.
Battery life has been another pleasant surprise. It seems like this mouse just keeps going; I haven’t had to replace the battery yet. Logitech claims up to 2 years on a single AA battery, and from what I’ve seen, that seems entirely plausible.
The customization options are another highlight. With Logitech Options software, I can easily reassign buttons and adjust the cursor speed to my liking, making the mouse truly mine.
Overall, despite the initial adjustment period and the somewhat bulky feel, the Logitech ERGO M575S is a fantastic choice if you're looking for a comfortable, precise, and highly customizable trackball mouse.

So Comfortable

I feel the price is well worth it and it was so easy to connect to my laptop. So far, the battery lasts a decent amount of time and I have no problem plugging it in when it is low on battery. The mouse works as expected and moves as expected.

Beautiful ergonomic design

[This review was collected as part of a promotion.] We previously had Logitech M525 and were pretty happy with is, but a witching to the Logitech ERGO M575S Mouse has been a game changer for my bf’s daily work routine. He said that the ergonomic design really helps reduce the strain on his wrist, and the thumb controlled trackball is surprisingly intuitive. It took a bit of time to adjust to the trackball, but now we both find it incredibly smooth and precise, especially for multitasking on different screens. I appreciate that it doesn’t require much space to use and wireless connectivity is pretty reliable. It’s a bit too bulky for my small hand, but it’s perfect for my bf.

Works perfectly!

It definitely takes a bit to get used to since you don’t really use your wrist at all to control the mouse. It’s got quiet click so it’s pleasant to use all around! It was easy to connect and set up too!

Accurate and precise mouse

It came with a durable battery which should last for a while. The product is larger than the average mouse operates a little differently. You have to use the large ball to move the cursor.

Everyone needs one!

[This review was collected as part of a promotion.] I was kind of awkward trying this mouse out the first time because I’m so use to a basic Mac mouse but once you get use to it, the functions are easy to use. I love how easy it is to go from one thing on the screen to the next with a switch of the button. It’s great for people with wrist pain and you don’t need to have a huge desk space to use it, because it can just sit still and function. I recommend it to anyone. Also Bluetooth was so easy and simple to activate.
