Meet all expectations

Disappointing Purchase

We bought our Bosch refrigerator in September of 2021. We are having issues with the ice maker again. The first time we had the motor replaced and that seemed to work for a while. We are now faced with having to replace the entire ice maker. We went with Bosch and paid a little more than we wanted to because we believed they made quality applicances. Having ice maker issues 2x in 4 years has changed our minds.
No, I would not recommend this to a friend.

Well designed storage

[This review was collected as part of a promotion.] Fridge looks great and the interior storage is well designed. We switched to a counter-depth and were surprised that everything still fits. We use a lot of ice and followed the suggestion in the video to get an extra container for it in the freezer and have had no issues. The black stainless looks great but the only caveat is that it is not the same shade of black as other Bosch appliances that are advertised as the same color. The fridge is darker than the range.

New Refrigerator

Love our new series 500 Bosch refrigerator

The interior space and lighting is fantastic. Super easy to keep clean as there are no fingerprints left on the finish. Would highly recommend this product to anyone looking to add a quality appliance that looks amazing to their kitchen!

Looks nice but ….

This refrigerator looks nice, however, Bosch needs to step up and acknowledge the issue with the ice maker. Purchased in 11/2005 and still having continued issues with water dripping from the ice maker inside the fridge and from the external ice dispenser. Two circuit boards and the ice maker replaced with another faulty one. Get it together Bosch. Not one of your best appliances. Very disappointed as we have other Bosch appliances and very ahokynwithnrheir performance.
No, I would not recommend this to a friend.
