Great features and so beautiful!!!

I bought a 2l and 7l sling, a s-medium camera cube, and ultra-light packing cubes. This setup perfectly organizes my hiking gear.
- While hiking, I attach the 2l sling to my chest and the 7l to my backpack.
- After setting up the tent, I carry only the 7l sling, which holds my Sony a7c, travel tripod, and other photography gear.
This modular system keeps me organized and prevents me from carrying unnecessary stuff. It’s fantastic!

I bought this to replace an old DaKine day pack that I have loved since day one. But it’s seen better days. Gotta say, this Peak bag is even better build quality and I’m pretty sure I will ever need another bag.

I’ve used it mostly for hauling gear to events so far and it does this very well. I’m happy I can fit two bodies, a 400 and a couple other lenses in the L camera cube and still have room for a jacket and other accessories in the backpack. The straps make carrying the weight easier. It’s robust and thus far has not shown any signs of wear and tear.
Not quite ideal is the gap between the open camera cube and the backpack. I’ve had stuff disappear into other parts of the backpack. The opening cord mechanism took me some time to reliable open and it’s tricky if you try to do it with one hand. Also I’m so used to my side handles from the every day backpack that I miss those on this one.
It’s not a 100% perfect pack but I’m happy with it and have yet to explore its full potential when on and outdoorsy trip.

I bought this on Kickstarter and didn’t do as much research as I usually do into my purchases. Glad to say I was pleasantly surprised and I love this bag and the thought that went behind it.

I picked this one up as part of the kickstarter and am very pleased. It’s turned into my go to camera hiking pack and does the job really well.
I was a little nervous about the roll top prior to getting it, but it’s actually really good. I mostly access the main compartment via the zip back, and then just use the top access for throwing in loose items and for quick access, so it’s kind of the best of both worlds.
I’ve pared this with a smedium cube and can comfortable carry
a body + 70-200 + 24-70 + 16-35 and my beloved 35 F1.4 prime and have room for snacks, water and medkit.

I love the size of this bag. I carry long lenses with me regularly and for most bags, that would take up the entire space. In this, I can fit both my full camera and drone setup so I no longer have to carry two separate bags. I’m rating it two stars though because the usage of space on the outside of the bag and the space inside the bag but outside of my large camera cube. The mockup images said there’d be room for their small packing cube bags inside the bag with the large camera cube, but I haven’t found that to be true. In order to roll up the bag even a single time so that the opening isn’t exposed, you completely eliminate that space. And speaking of the opening, why doesn’t it close??? It’s literally called an outdoor bag, but you can’t even close it completely to keep the outdoors out?? As for the usage of space on the outside, none of the pockets open enough to fit much of anything and all the random straps have no explanation as to how they’re used. Took my five minutes just to figure out the pull tab to loosen the outer shell part, which is entirely useless anyway because it’s the only part of the bag that seems at all ‘outdoorsy’. If that outer shell covered the entire bag, it be perfectly happy calling this an outdoor bag and have no complaints because I’d be sacrificing the outer spaces for the full protective coverage. But it’s not and the space still isn’t used well.

A very solid hiking backpack

I am using this backpack for one-day mountain hikes, with camera on one strap and additional lens on the other one. It's a very comfortable, easy to use backpack, a stylish one as well. It basically allows me to carry more and use those with ease. A minor issue is that it takes significantly more time than before (I am comparing to Osprey backpack) to install (and remove) a water bladder into it.

A great alternative to travel bag pack.

I got this bag during the kickstarter and I am always enjoying the PD products. This bag caught my eye because of the light weight. I have the travel bag 45L which is slightly heavier than what I like. This outdoor bag pack has better shoulder straps very comfortable to carry heavy loads. I took it for my recent Europe trip and it handles weight very well. Only one downside, which is why I did it give the 5 star, is the bad has no organisation compartment inside the main area. Which means you will need pouches for loose items which adds weight to your carry. I fully understand that if additional storage added to the bag also means heavier bag but I thought just leave my honest opinion of how I feel about this bag based on my use case. But I love this bag.
