great, but for one major flaw

bought it and as soon as I saw the buckle packed it up and returned it. reading all the other comments confirmed my suspicion that the buckle will easily open by mistake and leave you picking up your broken camera from the ground. otherwise everything seems great. if they fix the buckle design i'll definitely buy it again!

My new Everyday Bag

Bought the 7L on Kickstarter and love it. Great feel, great weight and with the XS Cube the perfect bag for my mirrorless camera. Yes, the Cube is not the exact size of the bag, but I fill it up with a packable tote so I always have a shopping bag with me. For me, it's my new Everyday Bag and I love it!

Love the design! Belt can fit either left or right shoulder, magnet pocket for cell phone, both sides zipper and lifetime warranty. Lots of thoughtful design

I bought the 2L version and I felt that I need a little more ,7L is too much. When PD launch the 4L was a instant buy. I love the design the front pocket with zíper is perfect and the dividers inside are really useful.
The only thing is the buckle of the strap is too easy to unlock accidentally or intentionally, I had to create an extra secure layer (aka a clip to hold the buckle close)

This would be a great sling IF: 1) Peak Design did not slap their logo all over it, which cheapens the product (and their brand) and 2) If it came in the Sage color. Therefore, I'll continue to use my XXS packing cube and strap as my everyday sling instead of the 2L. YMMV of course.

Great design, poor designed release clip

I bought this bag as my everyday bag to carry my phone and wallet when I don't have any pocket space.
Love the design and sleekness.
A mentioned in other reviews, I hate the design of the quick release clip. Even if I barely touch it, it releases and the bag falls to the ground. I hope the next version of this bag fixes this design flaw on a otherwise nicely designed bag

Strap buckle too easily opens - defective design

On a recent 4 week trip I was using it to carry a camera with a Ape Case ACQB33 – Cubeze Flexible Padded Insert. For me it had better function than the PD insert but maybe a bit less padding. Truly amazing how much that little sling can carry. For all of it's positive attributes I believe the item should be recalled by PD or buyers sent a new shoulder strap. Like many others have noted in reviews if you grab the strap to reposition the sling in just the wrong way the clip way too easily opens and your bag can go flying to the earth below if you don't catch it in time. Happened to me 3 times with a protective lens filter cracking into the lens/cap. In my case tiny splinters and granular glass started to embed into the actual front lens element.

Very small, and able to carry camera(s)

I really liked Bev's video about the 2L bag. I was looking for something minimalist to carry my camera while walking in the streets without showing off the camera. While they don't promote it as a camera bag, I am kind of stubborn, and was able the carry 2 cameras, a Medium format, and a MTF, with spare battery for each.
I would recommend this to a friend!
