I ordered this mattress, king size, after many months of reviewing mattresses in a box.
I am so glad that I did!
The price was right and I got a set of their percale sheets with my purchase! The sheets are amazing by the way.
I got the mattress quicker than I expected and it inflated all the way almost immediately!
I went to change the sheets, after the first week of getting the mattress, and noticed 3 small tears on the top. I chatted with a representative online and he put an order in to have the top sent to me at no charge! It came within a few days as well.
Very happy with my purchase and this company!

Very comfortable, firm but enough give. Finally not waking up with a sore back! And the mattress instantly popped up when the package was opened, no waiting needed.
