I have 4 VMH600 and love them. I bought them because they are safe for toddlers to touch. I thought the VMHi600 was also safe but it’s not. I checked to see if it was different and I did not see this difference. I give the VMH600 5 stars. If the VMHi600 was not unsafe for toddlers it would also get 5 stars.

I bought this a month ago and I'm very happy with it. Not only does it look good, it heats the room beautifully - I don't have to set the thermostat too high to get the desired temperature. I have several "Vornado" products from fans to heaters, and the style and performance is exceptional.

It's fine, but not worth the money

I've been pleased with other Vornado heaters, but this model doesn't deliver for the cost. While aesthetically well designed, the heat output is modest at best. It isn't any better than their other heaters and it's much more expensive.
No, I would not recommend this to a friend.

The more I use the VMHi600, the greater my appreciation becomes. This Stainless Steel version is stunning, aesthetically pleasing, exudes quality and looks great in any room. I find the VMHi600 simple to operate, display useful and the remote control nice to have. So Quiet and does the job for me. No regrets. Definitely recommend. Thanks.

After owning 2 previous Vornado heaters that finally stopped after many years of service, I knew I wanted another Vornado brand. This one has a tiny remote, I agree with someone who said it would be nice for it to be attached to the unit by a magnet or compartment. It does have a chemical smell at first, but goes away pretty quickly. I have not used the timer function. The anti-tip is something I appreciate, the old ones had a plastic, spring-loaded turn off switch. So, this one I can have it running then if I need to move it closer I can pick it up without it turning off.

When in fonction, there's a constant electric buzz coming from the unit.
