Feels great, eyes still puff

Bought as thought it will be more like the original Therabody. Been using it daily and maybe there is a tiny bit improvement after either hot or cold use, but no magic.

Effectively

[This review was collected as part of a promotion.] It charges quickly, feels durable, is sleek and compact. It heats up and cools quickly. My skin not only looked smoother & less puffy, but it also had a glow about it! Definitely recommend using this tool for your skin! Nice packaging. It has no extraneous odor. Worth the money for sure.

Great for a pick-me-up and for sensitive skin

When I found out I would be allowed to try a new product from TheraFace I was really excited because I love this brand. This wand fits perfectly in my hand and is very easy to use. The cooling sensation is my favorite for those days where I feel really tired and need to give my skin an extra boost. I have sensitive skin prone to rosacea and this product does not disrupt my skin. My only issue is that the red light setting is supposed to be used prior to putting on skin products and I often forget to use it before I put on face lotion. Overall it’s a really easy wand to use and I’m shocked at how quickly it cools down for the cool setting.

Wakes me up

[This review was collected as part of a promotion.] I use the cold setting every morning morning and it helps to wake me up. Although expensive, the value is there. Having the option for both hot and cold is a plus. The packaging feels very nice.

Good but not great

[This review was collected as part of a promotion.] I was really excited when I found out I’d be receiving this product . I’ll start with a list of pros than cons .
Pros: i really liked the warm and cool settings, product is well made, the tip of machine gets right into all the contours of your face , neck and chest, great for lymphatic drainage massage
Cons: I noticed when using it for the full time recommend the cold setting didn’t feel cold Anymore . I had to use oil or else it tugged my skin . I wish it had better directions with like different types of facial massage you could do . Like one for lymphatic drainage , one to depuff eyes or one to help with double chin . Product is kinda pricey .
All in all I think the device is good but you can get the same results or even better with an ice roller. could I see my self incorporating this into my everyday skincare routine probably not
