Noticeable difference immediately

[This review was collected as part of a promotion.] I noticed a difference after the first use. I have one eye that gets more puffy than the other and this really balanced my eyes. I'm so happy. I've tried eye creams and eye patches but this really worked. The coolness all over the face also made me feel really awake and refreshed.

It's ok

[This review was collected as part of a promotion.] Convenient when on the go but I wouldn't say it's a necessity when you can just use ice. It's gets hot or cold fast which is nice. A bit pricey and it would be nice if it could glide a little easier.
