Amazing Litter box!

I did so much research before buying an automatic litter box due to horror stories of other brands. I decided to go with PetKit and I could not be happier. It works beautifully and goes above and beyond with all the products they sent just for ordering the litter box (i.e., the mat, deoderizer, etc). The safety sensors work very well and I feel comfortable leaving my cat alone to use the box.

Super quiet and doesnt smell

I love it! My cat only took a few hours to warm up to it but now he has no problem. I love being able to track his weight, usage amount, and amount of time spent in the box. It makes me feel better when i am not home all day. Also you can barely hear this thing when its scooping the litter, which i love. And definitely get the air purifier, it works wonders! My only complaint is that the sensors go off when im trying to put it in maintenance mode and it wont work unless i wait like 15 minutes, but not really a big deal

I love how well thought out my litter box is. I love that it warns me when to monitor a cat if they havent been to the litter box in a couple of days and that it lets me know when the bin needs to be changed.

Better than litter robot

I have 2 litter robot 3s. They frequently have error messages, flashing error lights, and are hard to clean. I havent had to clean the Puramax 2 yet, but so far I havent had any errors, havent had to reset it, and the waste bin emptying is 3-4 days instead of daily. The smell has been much better as well with the purifier spray.

Had it just for a few days, but the ease of setting it up initially was amazing. It was straightforward, and it is just about silent when it cleans! My cats weigh the same, so the only bump is inaccurately recording who just used it! I would have appreciated more info on attaching the air purifier. So far so good.

Great, but...not much functionality to app, and my cat pees high, which causes build-up and clogs on the screen that I have to clean manually every few days. Other than that - I love it!!!

This litterbox is the best, I love how it weighs the cat entering, the smell is great! It functions well. Only thing is I dont know how to turn off the auto cleaning feature because it cleans and puts the litter in the trash even when she doesnt use the bathroom. You will get what you paid for. It doesnt leak only thing I find that leaks is the air purifier but thats not a big thing. The design is great! Its worth its value for your money.
