Charge inadequate, still had mosquitos

I had it charging in the base for two days. First use lasted 2 hours before low battery warning. Didn't start smoking until an hour after I turned it on.

Great product and easy to use

[This review was collected as part of a promotion.] I got this product for free from influenster and thermacell in exchange for my honest review. It took me a while to use this, but I really like it it doesnt smell bad, and it works really well. I like that fact it is reusable and easy to use and moves around to where I need it. The packaging and setup are really easy to use, which is another plus. I would recommend this to anyone that has to be outside and deal with pests.

Thank you for your feedback. In breezy weather, place the unit upwind of your location so that the repellent is carried by the wind into the area you want to protect. Thermacell may be less effective on very windy days, although mosquitoes aren't typically out when it is very windy.
