Never got a chance to use it.

Bought this to use on our deck. Unboxed it and set it on the charging base. After about an hour the room smelled like burning plastic, sides were hot, and the charging base and the port do not work. Be careful when using this.

Great Product. Major disappointment.

I bought this for a resent camping trip. The product did its job well. Mosquitos and flies were repelled expertly for the hour I used this. Unfortunately, on the trip home the entire cartridge leaked out. Money down the drain.
The directions don’t mention this, but it must be stored right side up or you will lose the contents of the entire cartridge.

Dies fast. Won’t work while on dock. I’ve had a ex90 that I love. Should have bought that again.

This is an excellent product. I have no idea how it works, but I have successfully been able to sit on my deck with zero mosquitos bites for maybe the first time…ever. I am prone to bites- it’s terrible. This product has genuinely improved my ability to enjoy summer. I look forward to trying the individual/wearable options too!

Not that effective

[This review was collected as part of a promotion.] The battery works really well and it charges quickly however I did not notice much of a difference when I had this right next to me in my backyard in Miami. Maybe it deterred something but I could see the mosquitoes coming right up to me while this was right under my legs or arms.

Never used it, actually forgot about it until a BBQ WE HAD WITH RELATIVES from all over. They came prepared with repellant, bracelets sprays... Lol
My Mom said didn't we get a thing to help with Mosquitoes? Brain just remembered. Got out my THERMACELL FIRED IT UP. Everyone was impressed. Our own Force Field of protection. Thank you THERMACELL you saved the day!
