Great protection but some drawbacks

[This review was collected as part of a promotion.] I upgraded from the 12 pro to the 16 pro and was using the Plyo case for the 12 pro as well. The previous Plyo did a good job protecting the phone but there was a quality issue where the border would break away from the back panel, uag was able to replace it for me twice, I hope that issue got addressed with the new Plyo. The border of the 16 pro is very thin, and with the case fully surrounding the screen with a higher rise and also covering a small portion of the border, it became somewhat difficult to swipe down/left/right from the border to trigger certain actions such as "previous page" or "notification center". You have to really try to get your finger as close to the border as possible. Other than this it's a good quality case so far.

Like Crystal That'll Never Break
