I love this printer, it was very easy set up compared to other printers. Comes with all the tools you need to set it up, instructions were very clear. I owned a Max, and Kobra Max and this K1 Max beats it out of the waters. The prints are very clean and not much to slice it. The program takes a little getting used to, compared to Cura. I do love the Wi-Fi printing, it makes life so much easier compared to inserting a SD card in every time. The only I don’t like about the about Creality is the Creality Cloud App, it’s to busy. Should make it more user friendly.

This was my first printer purchase. I wanted a printer that was simple to use without wasting too much time learning how to use it or having to make upgrades after purchase to make the printer do specifically what I wanted which was fast print speeds and solid quality prints.
The K1 Max setup was very simple and easy to follow. Without any print knowledge I was up and printing in about 30 minutes. I was amazed at how fast it was able to print. My first print took a total of 15 minutes which is one of the reasons I chose the K1 Max. I didn't want to wait hours for a single print.
The quality of printing was great with the setup straight out of the box. This printer is exactly what I wanted which is fast with great prints. The boat took 15 minutes and the cube sample took around 20 minutes. I am very happy with my purchase and would recommend it to anyone looking for something easy, fast with quality right out of the box without any learning to do.

Let me start with AWESOME!!! Delivered quick. Great packaging. Very easy setup. It did its setup process and was ready. Printed a Benchy in 16mins. It's a beautiful peace of work! The software is simple but complete.

So far the machine is doing well enough but I do own two other machines that do great, namely a Bambu Labs X1C and P1P and their first layers look perfect, having some sort of under extrusion and or bed height issue I haven't figured out quite yet but for only having it for less than a day and not delving into settings very far I will say it performs almost flawlessly as even with the Bambu Labs printers it has taken me awhile to get the prints to be flawless to the point I want them to be at so really if I had to compare I would say they are mostly even with a very slight edge given to Bambu Labs due to the first layers pretty much being perfect every time without need of intervention on my part though others have had issues with that so I can't say that works out for everyone. Would like to see this machine have the ability to use other slicers natively as I have become partial to using Orca Slicer, I mean I still can, but I am not quite sure exactly what I need to tweak to get the prints to where I want them to be yet and not a whole lot of people own this machine yet that can point in the proper direction just yet. All that said and done, the machine works, better than probably 98% of the machines that are plug and play, meaning they don't need to be built from scratch. The build volume is mainly why I picked up this machine and so far it has not disappointed, it can print the same things on 1 plate that it takes both my bambu machines to prints basically doubles my output which should help me in the long run at the moment, plus I can print larger things like helmets and the like that wouldn't fit properly on the Bambu Labs machines without cutting them.

I am surprised at how fast and easily I was able to start printing. I previously used an Ender 3 V2 and don't get me wrong I loved that machine, but this one is so much easier to just start printing. The differences are night and day and while I could eventually get the same result on my Ender 3, I would have spent a lot more time just configuring and prepping the print, let alone the print times. Being able to manage the prints from the Creality Print software is so much more straightforward and faster to set up than my previous setup with OctoPrint. The build volume looks perfect for printing helmets and bigger props. The software is going to take some getting used to but it looks very promising so far. Just needs a little bit of tweaking to get the settings just right but until then I am very satisfied with my prints.

So far no issues here. It was very easy to take out and setup quickly. One minor suggestion is that especially on this big printer is the transit screws on the bed are the same size as the ones that are supposed to be there to attach to the z rods, this makes it possible for someone to accidentally undo the wrong screw with the allen wrench especially the one buried at the back of the printer where it is hard to seeI of course printed off the built in benchy and the calibration cube, however I assume everyone will be sharing those.
So I decided to find something bigger and slice it myself. I found this model https://www.crealitycloud.com/model-detail/6480c40c7a0d86ce45627343 on creality cloud and figured my niece might like it for her upcomming birthday. So I got the files loaded all 3 easily on the big k1 max bed and printed it out. The dragon printed easily all the parts freely move and the wings popped right into the body with no issues.
So far haven't printed with other materials but very impressed with what I have been able to see and do. The ease of setup and use on my K1 max makes my S1 Pro look very hard and complicated by comparison. I like that the core x-y makes the printer not require significantly more of a footprint than the S1 pro but you get more than double the volume, a faster printer and an enclosed printer.
Obviously there will need to be a lot more testing with different types of materials and I want to do some more functional prints but with the big articulated multi-piece dragon figured it was a good test and there was 0 stringing or any other issues that I could find on it.

So far so good. Great super fast printer. Only drawback I have to experience is that it is very very loud when running on stock settings. Also lets get that PEI board out so I don't have to use glue! Great product and I have made several recommendations for it already.
