Could be better

While the printer is nice to use for pla and the software is fairly easy to use. It would be nice to have creality implement default or baseline settings for different filament. It makes learning the printer and filament a bit more difficult when trying to adjust from pla settings

Honestly great printer

I’ve owned 3 printers from Creality. All have been great (ender 3, ender 5 s1, and now the K1C). This is one of their best printers so far. I’ve spent a lot of time waiting hours for prints and such. This printer is like scarily fast, something that would taken maybe 2 hours are now like 1h to 45min. It’s pretty small compared to my ender 5 but it makes up for that in speed and overall build quality. The built in camera is great (I used an okay Logitech camera previously), the LED light make a finished print shine like god is watching it, but mainly it makes sure you can watch your print in the dark even through the camera. Honestly I give the printer a 9/10, only not a 10/10 because it’s a little noisy but could just be my fault because of where it’s sitting.

I got my first 3D printer back in May of 2020. It was the Creality Ender 3 pro. It was getting a bit old and just slow and I wanted and upgrade.
I got the K1C and I have been loving the speed. I am printing so much already with this compared to the old printer. Also i never have to worry about manual bed leveling again. I can just hit send to printer and I get perfect prints every time. I already went through a spool in a week.

OUTSTANDING

So far, extremely reliable, and very few problems to report. Plug in and print, and only the Slicing program occasionally confuses me. And that’s part of my personal learning curve. It’s easy to use, and prints great quality results….i only wish it had a slightly large print capability…overall, extremely happy I chose this device over several others.

The K1 max is worth it

It’s fast. It’s easy to set up. It’s a good plate size. The prints are clean with pla (it’s the only filament I’ve run through it so far).

Creality has hit a home run with this printer. It was easy to set up, and easy to modify so that the runout sensor and filament holder are on the right side rather than the back.
