Upgraded to this from a secretlabs omega. The assembly came together very nice, everything was well presented in the box, inccluding a pair of work gloves to wear while doing the assembly, which was a nice touch. (Honestly i cut the fingertips off the gloves and use them as drawing gloves now, razer needs to sell them separate)
The lumbar adjustablility is exactly what I was looking for, good distance of travel both vertically and horizontally, very easy to use adjustment knobs on either side of the backrest. That the whole lumbar assembly moves left to right as well as you move, is a very nice touch, especially if you move in your seat a lot, or if like myself you sometimes sit cross-legged in your chair.
HIghly recommend it in all honesty.
The only downside ive found, is the headrest pillow. Because it secures just with a friction strap, and the top of the chair is angled, it doesnt always stay in position well, and in order to get it where its comfortable for me, it often has to be high enough up on the chair that the strap doesnt secure as well as it could. Velcro, snap buttons, or even just having it built into the chair would make it even better, even a secondary strap running vertically down the back of the chair to secure it better would be nice. Hopefully something they sort out in future models.
