Wow, I was blown away by this chair. Had heard the lumbar support was second to none, and Razer delivered. Everything else about the chair is brilliant as well - extremely comfortable seat and back, nice material, easy to adjust with many options for adjusting it for your comfort. I upgraded it off the jump with some of those roller blade type wheels. Genuinely 10/10.
I would recommend this to a friend!

Needs an XL version & Quality control issues

Super comfortable, but with some issues. I am 5'11 and while you can sit cross legged, there is barely any seat depth to support your legs so they are close to falling off the front of the chair. Width of seat is okay but this chair could use an XL version. The seat cushion is okay, my office chair feels softer to sit in but I won't say your butt will get sore sitting on this.
Lumber support is amazing but sadly when adjusted to certain levels and you lean back against it creates a very bad and loud squeaking sound I am assuming from metal or plastic rubbing against each other. I am trying one replacement in hopes this is just a bad unit but my fear is that eventually the build quality may not keep up with the lumber supports flexibility.
I also received a unit where the arm rests were not perfectly evenly aligned, one was slightly higher than the other and this is unacceptable for a chair of this price. again, hoping it was a bad unit but this issue should not exist.
Overall I like the chair, it is comfortable but leaves some things to be desired as a taller person, quality control issues aside.
I would recommend this to a friend!

Great Improvements Over The Original

I bought the original Iskur all black chair in 2022 and had it since. Loved the look of it and the feel of the materials but I did find that the side bolsters in the bottom part of the seat and also the shoulder blades as being too aggressive; mind you, I am 5 foot 10 and weight 200lbs athletic build. The V2 has greatly improved on those two points, by reducing the shoulder bolsters and flattening the seat to the point that now you can comfortably man spread or sit crossed legged. The new lumbar support is also miles ahead now, where as the original would simply push up against your back with a piston that would only go in and out, now it has adaptability. It can go in and out, up and down, and through a funny mechanism that I do not understand, it can move with your back left and right. Its one of the best lumbar supports systems I've seen out there without it being mesh. Quite a good compromise in my opinion for someone who wants a good supported back but doesn't like the mesh style chairs. The only thing, I'd remove a slight point for tho, is the caster wheels as I much more prefer the roller blade style ones instead.
