I had high hopes for this computer, but unfortunately, it turned out to be defective. The speakers didn’t work from day one, which is incredibly disappointing. I tried troubleshooting in various ways, but to no avail. I can’t recommend this product to anyone as sound quality is a crucial aspect for me in a computer. I suggest looking into other options that may offer a more reliable experience.

If you are experiencing stability or performance issue with the laptop, please check if Windows, drivers and applications are up to date. While accessing web applications, please ensure the unit has access to an established router and internet service is working properly since poor, or unstable internet connection will definitely affect system speed and performance. If these steps were performed to no avail, please try to run a diagnostics or optimization test using the "My ASUS" utility software or application. If this is not pre-installed on the laptop, please download the application at the Microsoft Store. For details on how to use "My ASUS", please go to: https://www.asus.com/support/FAQ/1041686/. To resset the laptop to factory settings, or to reinstall Windows, a product key is not required. WINDOWS activation process is automatic after the initial WINDOWS setup completed and the laptop connected to the internet since the SLC(Software License Code) is embedded in the BIOS. Entering a product key manually is not required.

This laptop does everything that I need and more. I bought this laptop for use in school and it fells very comfortable to type on so far. It is quite and does not get hot from my experience so far. The best thing in my eyes is how light and slim it is, I can carry it around where ever I need to go easily and comfortably. I love it!
