Great case and overall system, one minor flaw

The case feels great, and the connections to all of the mounts I got with it feel really solid. I only have one complaint, but I have found a solution.
The power button becomes really sensitive with this case. You just have to casually graze it and it counts as a press. This can be fixed by removing a sticker/pad on the inside of the case's power button. I attached an image I found online. After removing this my power button is back to the same sensitivity it was without a case.
I don't know if Peak really wants us doing this, but I was on the verge of returning the whole system because of how easy it was to accidentally trip the power button. I'm not alone either, since I found this solution on Reddit where many people were complaining about the same thing

From Trail to Town, This Case Delivers

I was looking for an iPhone 16 Plus case I could rely on while cycling, and the H1-Everyday Case in tan leather delivers on both function and style (something I still value after two decades at Levi’s). Paired with the Peak Out Front Bike Mount, it gives me total confidence—whether I’m racing down a trail without worrying about my phone bouncing off the handlebars, or heading out on the town with a case that looks sharp and refined. I couldn’t be happier with the combination.

struggling to love - uncomfortable to hold

i'm struggling to love this case. when i hold my phone with one hand i generally curl my pinky finger under the base of the phone (where the speakers and charging port are) and use my pinky for stability. unfortunately, the cutouts for the speakers/charging port are uncomfortably sharp edged. the phone ends up resting on the inside edge of my pinky and it's not great. i don't have unusually soft hands (although i suppose i could work to build callouses on the inside of my pinky somehow) but it's still less than ideal.
everything else is great (cycling mount in particular!) - but holding is something you do with your phone a lot,

One niggling weak spot.

This is my third attempt to love the everyday case with loop. The case itself is fine, I like the integration with the PD ecosystem, I like the MagSafe functionality. But the loop is a weak spot. I love the idea of it. An integral loop that stows away so other accessories can still be used. Brilliant idea. I use the loop every time I hold the phone because small hands, big phone. Unfortunately though, almost immediately after I start using the case, the fabric layers of the loop start to separate (it’s just folded, not sewn or glued together) and the tiny magnet that holds the loop flat when I’m not using it slides out. For a while I can find it and slide it back in but eventually it gets lost. It’s a small thing but this is Peak Design, not Average Design. The warranty solution is to send out another case. Lovely, but I did that less than a year ago and don’t want another case to go through the mail so the other one can go in the landfill. The case is still functional, but not in the elegant way it could be. With phones being our most touched tools most days, the loop is a significant interface between the case and the hand and it matters.
Maybe seal the strap somehow so the fabric stays together and the magnet doesn’t fall out. Or glue the magnet to the strap. Or include a couple of the wee magnets in the box. Would love for this to be my favorite case ever but for my needs, it’s just not. For my next phone I will look elsewhere.

Disappointing quality

Initiated a return immediately. The product feels considerably cheap for the price and does not reflect the same level of quality I've come to expect from my Peak Design bag. The case I ordered was for the iPhone 16 Pro in Clarino Tan.

Solid, attractive case for iPhone 16 Pro

Ordered this online after shopping a large number of providers. This case was the most attractive yet still protective case for me. The textured material on the outside has a great feel and plenty grippy.
I would recommend this to a friend!

Incompatible with DJI drone controller. Destroys camera protectors if you try to take the cover off.

Good case but camera cutout is a joke…

Bought this case and hate it for iPhone 16 launch day. Waited to comment on it - it’s about what I expect from Peak Design, however the lack of a camera button and no plans to add one make it very disappointing.
