Low Profile Car Mount

I have been using this car mount with the magsafe on my iPhone 13 pro and it has been great so far. What more can I say? The installation was easy. The mount is sturdy and takes very little space in the cabin.

Good quality but READ instructions!

Read the instructions! Especially the part about the adhesive. It needs 24 hours to adhere. I did what most do and didn’t read and was disappointed until I reapplied and waited the 24 hours. Now it sticks perfectly.
Overall, great quality with a strong magnet. However, it was difficult to find a suitable mounting place for my car (2016 Lexus Rx350). Also, the magnetic plate doesn’t reach out far enough in my opinion. Multiple mounting arms that could be swapped on or off would be better IMO.
I would recommend this to a friend!

Setting the new bar

I searched for some time for a product like this. It's incredibly secure, discrete, and high quality. The only area for improvement is the charging speed. I see less than 500 mA while charging my iPhone 12 at home with a USB-C will see 2500 mA.

Simple, elegant and functional.

I bought this and waited for it to arrive. It was well worth the wait. The first thing that stands out is the quality material it’s made of. It looks awesome, looking like an extended part of my dash. It has an excellent magnet which keep the phone steady, but the design makes the phone easy to remove when you need to grab it. I now just go for drives simply to use this phone mount.

Holds phone securely

The magnetic mount holds the Peak Design case securely, and the adhesive affixes to the dashboard edge very firmly. I mounted mine where most people will, at the edge of the dashboard right below the rear view mirror. I wish the stem arm were a bit longer, maybe 1/2" or so, in order to put the mounting plate further away from dash buttons and vent features that are hard avoid when looking for a good place to mount. As it is, the phone has to sit at best about a 45 degree angle and it would be better if one could adjust the phone to be more vertical, which a slightly longer stem arm would allow. As it is, the screen can reflect some glare through the windshield on a sunny day because of the shallow mounting angle.
