Works great where it fits, NOT on Rad Power Bikes

I originally purchased the Out Front Bike Mount but couldn't find room on the handlebars to do anything but landscape, which doesn't work well with some applications (in particular the one that controls my garage door opener). I then ordered a motorcycle mount forgetting I already had one from the crowdfunding campaign, but it worked out great because now I've got one for my other bike as well. The longer arm of the motorcycle mount allows for portrait or landscape mounting and keeps the phone clear of the bike's status LCD and brakes/shifters/bell. I may use the bike mount for an action camera, but I'm unlikely to use it for any phone other than maybe an iPhone mini because of the space constraints.

I was blown away by how strong the connection is between the Out Front Bike mount and my Every Day Fabric case. Does it's job perfectly. The set up is easy and secure.

This is a five star product with a one star flaw.

This is a terrific bike mount. Absolutely secure. I have no fear my phone will fall off. Get it. You'll love it.
My one design "flaw" is this: If you have to flip the mount upside down, you can. If you want to be able to quickly change the position of the mount, you can, thanks to the included screw. However, you cannot do both of these things at the same time. If you flip it because reasons on your bars, the thumbscrew addition won't work as it blocks the phone. This is unfortunate. Still a great mount — the best on the market — but if they'd fix that, it would be perfect.

Some Things Are Just Made Exactly Right…

I use my Apple Watch for biking, but wanted a way to securely and elegantly mount my iPhone to my bike, to have a larger screen to show data. Did a ton of research, and decided that the Peak Design mount and associated case were the best. And am I glad I did. The cell phone case feels great in my hands, and is handsome and elegantly designed. The mount literally is perfectly designed, including a way to mount my bike lights. You know when something is designed, engineered and manufactured the way you would do it? That’s exactly these products. Rode my bike approx 100 miles so far, and my phone is locked to my bike as if it were bolted on. Further, my phone case works perfectly with MagSafe products. Really great product.

I had the V1 and now got the V2. It is more refined and I really like it also comes with a lower mount for a gopro swivel thingie. The package is very well made with the required hex key and everything you need for mounting.

Excellent Mount

I am very impressed with this mount for cycling. The best feature is how easy it is to remove the phone with one hand. The magnet is strong but it's the locking mechanism that keeps phone secure. If you already had an out-front mount for your cycling computer, like I do, you have to flip the Peak Design towards you and over the headset/stem. This works really well but my knees would just brush my iPhone16 Pro when out of the saddle. If you're a bigger rider this may not happen to you. I decided to return the mount and get their universal bar mount so I can place it up on the tops of the bar. This way my legs won't come near the phone.

Great but has some major flaws

I am not convinced that this product is as great as everyone claims it to be. I will say, the actual locking mechanism is superb. Your phone isn't going anywhere when attached the mount and yet it seamlessly comes off when pressing the side buttons simultaneously. I will also add that claiming you can "flip it up to film your ride" isn't that revolutionary when you realize it's just a provided thumb screw that you have to tighten and loosen while you ride. If your sole purpose is to have a phone mount that's reliable and easy to quickly remove your phone, then absolutely get this mount (if you can afford it) and read no further!
Here's my gripe:
They advertise this mount as being able to rotate/move so that you can film your rides (this is what drew me to this mount). And while you can do that, it's pretty obvious their R&D didn't do much field testing. The out front mount isn't as long as it should be, so when you tilt you mount back your phone will hit the stem of your bike. This only applies to if you're filming in portrait mode, but it's a pretty major flaw IMO. I don't even have a large phone, so I'm not even sure if the large iPhones/Androids would even work. I would love if they offered a second, longer, out front mount. On top of that, when your phone is attached to the mount, there's a slight give/jiggle in the attachment, so your phone shakes a little while you're filming. For how much you have to pay for this mount and the phone case, the locked fit should be tight with no movement so that's pretty disappointing.
