Great..but

Note that this is attached not just by silicone clips but also by a plastic hook, so unfortunately no so good attachment to my car’s slanted vents.
Also, not exactly a complaint, the MagSafe attraction is so strong that it seems to be slowly loosening my car’s air con vent every time I pry away the phone.
I would recommend this to a friend!

Installed in my vehicle’s vent. This is the most solid vent mount I have ever used. The magnet to hold the phone is strong and charging works well. Another great product by Peak Design.

Car vent mount

Bought this to go with my peak design iPhone case. Mount is super stable, low profile and handles all sorts of terrain the 4wd goes. Rough correlations,wombat holes, you name it. Stats in place and here lads the phone very securely.

I'm very with happy with how this product, fits perfectly on my vents, has a strong attachment, keeps my phone cool on long drives and doesn't block my windscreen!

Good product but not strong enough for rough roads

I love the sleek look and design but I wish it attached via the locking mechanism like seen on the moto and tripod mount. I live in Kenya and we have rough roads, rumble trips and speed bumps. Almost every time I drive, the phone falls off the mount.

Okay so maybe I'm biased but every single Peak Design product I have ever bought is outstanding - use, durability, innovation, style - and this one is no exception. It suggested some instructions for installation but TBH the design is so brilliant that it was easy enough to figure it out in the moment. Another great addition to my magback case system.
