Securely connect phone to a finger or lanyard

I used an Everyday Case with Loop for an iPhone 13 for a few years and had no hesitation in getting the same for an iPhone 16 Pro when I upgraded. Besides protecting my phone from injury, what sets these cases apart is the finger loop that means I can lean out over a railing while taking a photo without worrying about dropping my phone. Even more important for me is that while kayaking I can securely attach the phone to my life jacket with a lanyard (actually a long shoelace), which means I can take pictures and consult my GPS app without the risk of dropping my phone into the sea - never to be seen again. I could also (although I haven't yet tried it) used a Peak Design 'Anchor' as the attachment point. I know of no other phone case that allows such a secure connection. The gave a rating of 4 rather than 5 for two reasons: 1) the fabric began to peel around the camera lens opening on my 13 case and it looks like the same material in the new case, and 2) I would prefer a more visible color than grey so it's easier to find in dim lighting and against dark backgrounds.

My new iPhone fits perfectly into this case

I was looking for a case which I can use simply on my bike. The magnetic adopter keeps safely the phone at the bike. As well the magsafe wallet is more tight at the back of the case. Perfect product!

If only it worked with the PD tripod…

Don’t get me wrong, Peak Design makes some of the sexiest accessories on the planet. But oh how I wish the Everyday Case for my iPhone 16 Pro would work as seamlessly and smoothly with my PD full-size tripod. If you’re not working on it already, please make an adapter so I can use MagSafe to attach my phone to my tripod!
The case itself is great. It’s very slim, but I can vouch for its toughness after dropping my phone a couple of times, with no damage. The plum color is really different. I like how it stands out compared to other cases. Keep up the good work, Peak Design!

I've had multiple cases over multiple different iphones. 1990s field rugged feels smooth feels complete and looks high quality. Quality. I get many compliments on this case.
