How many of these can I justify buying

Another of the products I backed on the Mobile Kickstarter and I'm so glad I did. I only have one at the moment but that's never going to be enough. Minimalist design functional and easy to carry thanks to the foldable design. The one in the study needs to be joined by one for the bedroom, one for the work bag, one for travel, one for the man cave and one for the kitchen.... at least

Great Design for the most part

I got this on the Kickstarter and I really enjoy this charger for my night stand. It's sturdy and it's design is very industrial and simple. The magnets are strong - I think you have to "learn" how to take your cell phone off this thing (basically slide your phone downward to prevent the stand from moving). The base of the stand is not weighty enough, but once you learn how to take your phone off the stand, it all makes more sense.
One design enhancement in the future might be to have the USB C port on the dock located on the base rather than the stand. I think all the electronics are on the stand so it makes sense from functional perspective, but from a design perspective, it's not great because you can't lay this flat. I'm sure trying to put the wiring in through the stand is not cost effective and probably more prone to breakage, but I think I would have still preferred that convenience (basically becomes a more travel friendly stand without much setup).
All in all, great charging stand, especially with PeakDesign case. MagSafe works great too.

I received the wireless charging stand as a gift. While it's high quality, the charging speed is awful. I replaced a generic Qi charging plate with it, and while the vertical mount is nice, it was likely not needed.
I would recommend this to a friend!

Beautiful & Simple Design

I love this stand, it sits next to my bed and charges my phone while I sleep. I also watch movies before bed and wear my earphones as to not wake my sleeping partner. It's streamline, simple and beautiful in design, like everything from Peak Design.
