Too often, when working with short screw tips on electric drills, the chuck would vibrate against something, ruining the finish or the panel it was hitting. The XTD resolved that problem.
We simple let out the extender to the desired length, reached in and did the screw setting as needed. There is no oversize chuck to get in the way, which allowed us to work in close quarters for several projects.
This is a great tool and we keep it in our carry-box for fast access on projects.

I've had it for about a month holds a charge and power for good long time, extender shaft excellent to get inside electrical boxes to loosen ground screws just one of many easy uses I've found as a electrician, data installer and around the house uses. Nice Job WORX.
