My Worx WX254L does not have the extension this unit, the Worx xtd 4V has. Now I can reach places that I was limited with the other Worx tool. I like the locking intermediate positions that extend the reach. Again a Worx tool with very good battery life, and overall durability is fantastic. I have other Worx tools but the XTD and the WX254L by far are the best for the things I do the most. A great plus for the Worx XTD is the magnetic end and the work light. I find nothing wrong with this tool. It is solidly made. The materials are not cheap grade plastics. Because of the quality of Worx tools, I will continue to purchase Worx tools. I would love to see a table saw and one of those small motorized circular type saws too.

I just used this driver to remove and reset a door shade mount and a door handle and dead bolt. It required an extended bit to access the screws and it was a wonderful thing to just push a slide to extend it. It has a powerful motor and a battery that kept a charge for the job and still seems to have much more in reserve. The size of the driver and function of the trigger were just right for this job. Easier to use than a larger drill for these smaller jobs. I like the light too in darker spaces. One of the best driver/drill purchases I have made.
