[This review was collected as part of a promotion.] I wish they would have leveled it and change the opening latch to the other side instead of just dropping it in it's place. I am a widow and cannot do some of these things. I love the refrigerator.

Better capacity than counter depths refrigerators while being only 31 inches deep pave

[This review was collected as part of a promotion.] If you need a small footprint counter depth counter depth refrigerator consider this remarkable standard depth refrigerator. It is 30 inches wide and only 31 inches deep, which is equal to the depth of my 33 inch wide counter depth refrigerator. Additionally, this refrigerator’s shelves are 18 inches deep inside whereas the counter depth refrigerator shelving is only 12 inches deep. If you can use a non-French door refrigerator in your space, this is the only one on the market with this capacity with such a small footprint. Plus, the door shelves are extremely spacious, and the food keeping technology of the crisper drawers is unique. This is a 10 out of 10 in my book.

Serious Design Flaw

This model does not reset itself after a power interruption without manual intervention, so should a power interruption occur when you are away from home you are likely to lose all of the food in the unit. An incredibly bad design decision - I would not have purchased had I known this information

[This review was collected as part of a promotion.] Cooling technology is quiet. Fridge cools well and maintains constant temperature. Water dispenser temp is room and does not appear to chill in the fridge. Plastic inner shell and crispers are thin and likely to damage easily when compared to standard build quality. Ice maker sometimes dumps ice when freezer drawer is open. Expected more from this fridge being advertised as slightly above entry level.

It’s great that the cooling technology is quiet and the fridge maintains a constant temperature, but the issues you’ve mentioned definitely take away from the overall experience. A water dispenser that doesn’t chill properly is a letdown, especially if that was a feature you were excited about.
The thin plastic inner shell and crispers are definitely concerning, especially since they're prone to damage.
