Broken, Disfunctional in Under 1 Year. 3rd Month without Food Storage

We purchased our unit in October 2024. Luckily it came with a 1-year warranty because it completely expired after only months of use. The motherboard and temperature sensor needed to be replaced - which sadly was on back order for two months. Our family went 2 months without a way to safely store food. I immediately extended our warranty out of caution. I've never had an appliance expire so quickly...
The motherboard has been replaced, but temperatures have not improved at all. The ice maker is no longer working. We are still unable to store food.
Shockingly poor quality. This will be the 3rd month without food storage for our household as we await repairs. Upset that I have to spend hundreds more dollars just to extend the warranty to safeguard this janky thing. Incredibly disappointed, stressed, and upset.
Wish the company would replace our unit because clearly what we had delivered is incredibly faulty.

Fridge seems good, instructions are not

Having to use random people’s YouTube videos (where the video creator says “I’m making this video because the manufacturer had nothing useful” says it all.

Great Basic Refrigerator

Great for a small space

Water dispenser on the inside gives the exterior a nice crisp look, ice maker works well, tons of space in the door.

Good refrigerator

[This review was collected as part of a promotion.] We’ve had it for a couple weeks now, and everything seems to be working well. Plenty of room in the refrigerator part. The freezer is not the biggest but if you’re organized, it works. The ice bucket is hard to take out fully so you kinda have to use a cup or something to take the ice out. The water dispenser inside works well overall I’m happy with this fridge.
