We've had the freezer for just over a month. So far...so good. Really like the feature of the green light in the front which lets us know at quick glance that freezer is running.

Upright is right

We bought the upright freezer to replace a chest freezer because it's so much simpler to organize. The interior light and the auto-defrost are very nice features which our previous freezer did not have. The freezer has lived up to all expectations.
The writing guidelines pop up is very annoying because you cannot see what you are typing. Move it out of the way.
