I bought this online with much hesitation because I have been out of shape for so long and have not worked out. This was very easy to use and has gotten me back into a routine. I would highly recommend this package.

Awesome kit that lets me do different moves

This kit is great to get into using equipment with the Centr videos that have more equipment. The slam balls are some of the nicest quality I've ever held and I love using the physio ball for some of the workouts with Sylvia
