We do core every day and this kit is both durable, comfortable, and for the price - it's hard to get better. This may just be the best deal on the internet.

The exercise ball includes the pump and is a great alternative to using a chair. It helps with the spine, the ab wheel strengthens and tones the core. The set also includes a weight ball which is versatile for any work out. Would definitely recommend this set!

[This review was collected as part of a promotion.] I was so impressed by the Centr Core Kit, it included much more than I anticipated. I loved the ab roller and the mats which brought my workout to the next level. The weighted ball is great not just for abs, but for upper body work as well. I especially loved that there is an app to go with the kit. The app provided workouts specific to the equipment and brought my workouts to the next level. I would highly recommend this kit if you're looking for something to bring into your home gym!

Nice Mix of Items, Seems to Be Working

[This review was collected as part of a promotion.] I have been using the Centr Core Kit for about six weeks now and have seen some positive results. At my age I am looking at keeping my balance, stability, flexibility and general composition in check. So far I have noticed more flexibility when I bend over at the waist, and it's easier to get up from the ground when weeding or doing other low tasks. I will continue to follow to program and see how it progresses.

I like that all the tools that I needed came in one package and the material of the items are made well and have held up to the daily use and abuse.

Really like the slider discs

[This review was collected as part of a promotion.] I wanted this kit as it had a few things I wanted to try and my old physio ball had died a while back. The one thing I was surprised at how much I liked is the slider discs. The exercises they recommend on the website are a great work out. The ab roller provides a good workout as well.

[This review was collected as part of a promotion.] I'm trying to get back into exercising, Had a fall last fall, So now trying this product for me I can only use a couple minutes a day, but I'll build up my stamina to do more- So far good learning new techniques with the Core product, never have used anything like it. Still learning.

[This review was collected as part of a promotion.] I tried Centr Core Kit. It comes with everything you need to get started for a nice workout at home. I recieved the Core Kit. Inside it came with AB Roller, Physio Ball(which kicked my butt), 6lb. Slam Ball, and Slider Disc's. It Improves your Core strength, increase balance and improves posture. I have been using this for about 2 weeks now. Love the 6lb ball, and ab roller. But that physio ball, let me tell you, has been kicking my butt, but I'm hanging in there. I feel my ab area possibly getting better. I know I have not exercise my core area before, because of how sore it was feeling the first week. But with determination it's getting easier everyday. The equipment provided has helped to get me motivated and having Thor looking on the box makes it even better.
