[This review was collected as part of a promotion.] At first glance my only concern is that the slam ball was only 6 pounds. As I got into the program and found my bearings, I quickly realized that it is the perfect weight. Outside of the planned workouts I find myself coming back to the slider discs. The discs allow me to go at my own pace. As I learn and grow I find they help me move more fluidly. I have more control over what I am doing. I like what Centr is doing here with this core kit.

It comes with a few items such as a big ball where I am able to lay on and do my sit ups and then one of the balls that has weight in it! I’ve been wanting one so I can do my workouts. I get so excited to work out now with this set! It’s amazing!

Great equipment

You can stay motivated while getting your core strengthened. I have used this know for 2 weeks and am happy with the results.

The materials used are soft to touch and not rough on my hands. Each item in this kit is great for targeting the core muscles. I highly recommend this product.

The perfect kit!

[This review was collected as part of a promotion.] This core kit is the perfect kit to target your core and get you the workout you need! I love all the workout tools it come with. From going to circuit class at the gym to working out in my home gym this was a great kit to add to my regiment. It adds the perfect steps to strengthen and tighten my core. I’m loving this kit!

Feeling Stronger

[This review was collected as part of a promotion.] I tried Centr Core Kit. It comes with everything you need to get started for a nice workout at home. I recieved the Core Kit. Inside it came with AB Roller, Physio Ball(which kicked my butt), 6lb. Slam Ball, and Slider Disc's. It Improves your Core strength, increase balance and improves posture. I have been using this for about 2 weeks now. Love the 6lb ball, and ab roller. But that physio ball, let me tell you, has been kicking my butt, but I'm hanging in there. I feel my ab area possibly getting better. I know I have not exercise my core area before, because of how sore it was feeling the first week. But with determination it's getting easier everyday. The equipment provided has helped to get me motivated and having Thor looking on the box makes it even better.

[This review was collected as part of a promotion.] I'm trying to get back into exercising, Had a fall last fall, So now trying this product for me I can only use a couple minutes a day, but I'll build up my stamina to do more- So far good learning new techniques with the Core product, never have used anything like it. Still learning.
