This mat stays in place no matter where you place it and it handles my body weight never lifting one bit, I was pleasantly surprised! I tend to use my mats more for squats and sit ups to work on my core and this mat has been able to keep up with me allowing my Body to be supported all while also resisting moisture unlike my other mats. This one here doesn’t get sticky when its user becomes a bit sweaty. So if your looking for that ultimate do everything with mat than definitely get this one here!

Looks and feels great, difficult to keep flat

[This review was collected as part of a promotion.] This mat creates a nice buffer between me and my concrete patio. I wish it didn’t have such a good “memory,” though… If you don’t store it completely flat, then it will not be completely flat for your workout.

The yoga mat from CENTR is plushy for a comfortable yoga session and stays in place without moving around. The fabric is of good quality and doesn’t wear off easily.
