[This review was collected as part of a promotion.] My wife uses this thing all the time. Doing continuous repetitions with this thing kicks your butt. I too use this occasionally and I slam the heck out of this thing and it hasn’t even scuffed. I will be purchasing heavier balls to incorporate into my routines.

Great for workouts

[This review was collected as part of a promotion.] Got this slam ball for my wife. 6 lbs might not seems like much, but it perfect for her. She likes the grip because it gives her confident that the ball won’t slip when she lifts it up. This slam ball provides endless workout.

Great workout tool

[This review was collected as part of a promotion.] This ball comes in handy very much to exercise and relieve some stress. Slamming it on to the floor or against the wall is very fun but after some time you start to feel the ínstense adrenaline. I recommend this product for this that want to get in an intensified pre workout to get the heart rate going.

Way more fun than standard weights

[This review was collected as part of a promotion.] Slam balls are FUN — way more fun, in my opinion, than standard dumbbells or kettlebells. This one looks nice and feels sturdy, high-quality. The textured rubber covering feels thick and is easy to grip. The ball is nice and it feels like I can do more functional exercises than with other weight tools. Nice addition to my home gym!

Keeping fit

This ball works great, not only for slamming, but for squats and above head & arm exercises. It's the perfect size to fit in my hands, and it's a part of my daily routine now.
