[This review was collected as part of a promotion.] The centr slam ball is a great addition to my everyday workout. The ball is easy to grip and it has a durable rubber shell. Never heard of any other slam ball that gives you a option to join a team of experts to help you with a total well- being program. I use this 6lb centr ball when I'm doing squats, it helps me keep my balance without wobbling side to side, that's a plus foe me.

[This review was collected as part of a promotion.] At first I wasn't really sure what I'd do with a slam ball. I was worried it would be disruptive to the quiet of the house. I didn't want to throw it at the walls of the house fearing damage and dents. At the same time, I needed a routine with weights that was easy to store. This ball is so well made. It's easy to grip. It's easy to work with. You don't have to slam it against something for it to help with fitness. Anything you can do with a weighted ball, you can do with this ball. There's a lot of info about creative ways to use this equipment. If brand reliability is important to you, you'll want this. I'm very happy with it. 6lbs may not seem like much but after consecutive sessions, you feel the burn.

[This review was collected as part of a promotion.] This is a great add-on to my home gym. My kids really enjoy using this throw ball for when we work out. It really toned our arms and it’s very convenient to bring with us when we travel or even go workout at the park or a friends house.

Sturdy ball!

[This review was collected as part of a promotion.] This ball is a little lighter than I anticipated but it’s definitely sturdy and will get the job done. It’s thick so it can be used inside or outside, whatever your workout preference may be! Can be used for a multitude of workouts.

Grippy and Quality

[This review was collected as part of a promotion.] I bought this 7 months ago to go along with Centr app training and LOVE it! I really like the grippy parts to it and the angles of the grips. It makes it easy to hold on to as well as moves easily down when throwing and moving it. It is holding up well to use. Would definitely recommend.
