[This review was collected as part of a promotion.] My son loves this. He is a baseball player, in addition he is a pitcher and this ball helps him with his training exercises. It is sturdy, made well, and does not hurt your hand when holding it. It is not too heavy either and easy to grip.

Since I am a beginner, 6 lbs is a perfect weight for me. It helps me a lot with my core, shoulders, and back muscles since I start using it.

[This review was collected as part of a promotion.] Ever since I started using the slam ball I noticed my core strength start to increase. I have back pain and this is helping me. It's weird but it feels like the more I workout the less pain I have which is counterintuitive.

I like that it is a good size and weight, and it is easy to handle but after enough use you can really feel it helping out. I like the added weight to squats and I like using this to throw down on the ground.

It has a textured grippy surface that helps to ensure the ball doesn't slip out of my hands while I'm the the middle of my exercise routine. It's very easy to grasp and throw. Although 6 pounds isn't extremely heavy, it's just enough weight to add a bit of challenge to my workouts. I also really like the diameter of this slam ball. As an extremely petite female, this one is the perfect size for me to manage without losing control of the ball. Plus I live that I can download the Centr app to get more out of my workout routines as well as meal suggestions and personalized plans.
